Abi Rose is a make-up and hair artist based in the South of England who has a broad specialism of skills including make-up and hair for beauty, editorial, e-com, TV&Film, theatre and special effects. She approaches make-up artistry in an experimental and diverse way. 

 

Abi uses her work as a personal art form, believing creativity to be a way of expression. Her motivation to create comes from a balance of visual perfection and technique, but the ability of being able to wipe it off and start again.

 

Before commencing her studies in Make-up and Hair Design at Solent University, Abi’s background stems from the field of performance and fine art. Along with 5+ years of experience be it through working or education. Her current position is open for new work and opportunities after graduating university.

Abi has achieved the position of runner up in a FRONT editorial competition in 2018 along with a first place award for her make-up and hair attributes in a collaborative and educational showcase production also in 2018. 

 

Her spare time consists of indulging in creative media such as keeping up with the social media trends, going on dog walks and spending time with her friends and family.
